The final text of the ratification law is not much different from the draft that was submitted for the second reading two weeks ago. Most changes are editorial (like changing "realization of the treaty" to "implementation of the treaty"). Almost all of them would be lost in translation, so for most purposes the old translation (the one that I posted here orthe State Department's version posted at armscontrolwonk.com) should work fine.
