After a great deal of conjecture by experts and media scrutiny, Iran's newest enrichment facility, located in the mountains of Qom, opened its doors to much-anticipated IAEA inspections on October 25.
FAS assesses the discrepancies between Iranian and western statements made about the technical specifications, the purpose, and legality of disclosure of the facility.
